Texas High School Volleyball - Georgetown bounced by Midway

The Georgetown Eagles volleyball squad (Georgetown, TX), was knocked off 3-0 in Monday's non-league contest with the visiting Midway Panthers (Waco, TX)

The Panthers (31-10) will now prepare for their contest against Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 30-13 record. In their last contest, Waxahachie notched a victory over Skyline (Dallas, TX), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Richards School for Young Women Leaders (Austin, TX) in a non-league test, on Friday, October 31. Georgetown will attempt to upgrade on its 29-13 season record. The come into the challenge with a 17-19 record after their 3-0 league win over Cedar Creek (Cedar Creek, TX).
