The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Appomattox County Raiders (Appomattox, VA) and the visiting William Campbell Generals (Naruna, VA), observed Appomattox County's football squad bounce William Campbell by a count of 53-12.

The Raiders now own a 7-3 record.

Next, the Generals confront the Dan River Wildcats (Ringgold, VA) in a Dogwood outing, on Friday, November 4. William Campbell will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Wildcats go into the outing with a 5-4 record after their 21-14 league win over Chatham (Chatham, VA).
