Texas High School Football - Lone Oak routed by Bells

The Lone Oak Buffaloes football team (Lone Oak, TX), was ripped 78-26 in Friday's league challenge with the host Bells Panthers (Bells, TX)

The Panthers (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Leonard (Leonard, TX). The Tigers come into the 3A-2 Region II District 8 challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last challenge, Leonard was ripped by Gunter (Gunter, TX), 56-0, in a league challenge.

The Buffaloes now sport a 0-9 record. They take the field next when they host Howe for a 3A-2 Region II District 8 challenge on Friday, November 4. Lone Oak will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 42-21 league loss to Blue Ridge (Blue Ridge, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-4.
