In Friday's league game, the Belton-Honea Path Bears (Honea Path, SC) football team were victorious over the visiting Wren Hurricanes (Piedmont, SC), by a score of 34-21.

The Bears (9-1) will now prepare for their game against Walhalla (Walhalla, SC). The Razorbacks come into the non-league game with a 6-4 record. In their last game, Walhalla knocked off Pendleton (Pendleton, SC), 70-55, in a league game.

The Hurricanes now sport a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Seneca for a non-league game on Friday, November 4. Wren will battle a Bobcats team coming off a 48-6 league win over West-Oak (Westminster, SC). The Bobcats record now stands at 8-2.
