The Calvert Hall Cardinals (Baltimore, MD) football nudged the host McDonogh Eagles (Owings Mills, MD), 27-24 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Cardinals face the Pallotti Panthers (Laurel, MD) in a MIAA A bout, on Friday, November 4. Calvert Hall will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 2-6 record after their 28-13 league loss to Mount St. Joseph (Baltimore, MD).
The Eagles (3-6) will now prepare for their bout against Gilman (Baltimore, MD). The Greyhounds enter the MIAA A bout with a 3-6 record. In their last bout, Gilman was nudged by Loyola Blakefield (Towson, MD), 27-16, in a league bout.
