Arizona High School Football - Cibola knocked off by Valley Vista

October 28, 2022: Yuma, AZ 85364

Valley Vista Monsoon (Surprise, AZ) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Cibola Raiders (Yuma, AZ), 34-8 in a league test.

With the triumph, Valley Vista improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Monsoon host Tolleson (Tolleson, AZ) to battle the Wolverines in a 6A West Valley test on Friday, November 4. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 2-6. Tolleson lost 42-0 in their recent non-league test against Salpointe Catholic (Tucson, AZ)

With the loss, Cibola drops to 2-6 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Shadow Ridge (Surprise, AZ) to battle the Stallions in a 6A West Valley test on Friday, November 4. The Stallions come into the test with a record of 3-5. Shadow Ridge won 63-56 in their recent non-league test against Westwood (Mesa, AZ)
