Virginia High School Football - Radford can't get by Glenvar

The Glenvar Highlanders held off the host Radford Bobcats football team by a final score of 37-34 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Glenvar improves its record to 6-3 on the season. The Highlanders host Giles (Pearisburg, VA) to confront the Spartans in a non-league outing on Friday, November 4. The Spartans go into the outing with a record of 4-5. Giles won 2-0 in their recent league outing against Auburn (Riner, VA)

With the loss, Radford moves to 8-1 on the season. The Bobcats host James River (Buchanan, VA) to confront the Knights in a Three Rivers outing on Thursday, November 3. The Knights go into the outing with a record of 3-6. James River lost 21-7 in their recent league outing against Carroll County (Hillsville, VA)
