The Linganore Lancers football team (Frederick, MD), was knocked off 28-13 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Urbana Hawks (Ijamsville, MD)
The Hawks (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Tuscarora (Frederick, MD). The Titans come into the non-league challenge with a 0-9 record. In their last challenge, Tuscarora was knocked off by Oakdale (Ijamsville, MD), 42-0, in a league challenge.
The Lancers now sport a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rockville for a non-league challenge on Friday, November 4. Linganore will meet a Rams team coming off a 35-20 non-league win over Richard Montgomery (Rockville, MD). The Rams record now stands at 5-4.
