The Nettleton Raiders football team (Jonesboro, AR), was beaten 34-7 in Friday's league challenge with the host Valley View Blazers (Jonesboro, AR)

The Blazers (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Batesville (Batesville, AR). The Pioneers come into the 5A East challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last challenge, Batesville was beaten by Southside (Batesville, AR), 35-21, in a league challenge.

The Raiders now sport a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they host Wynne for a 5A East challenge on Friday, November 4. Nettleton will meet a Yellowjackets team coming off a 49-13 league win over Forrest City (Forrest City, AR). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 7-2.
