The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Mahopac Indians (Mahopac, NY) and the visiting Clarkstown South Vikings (West Nyack, NY), saw Mahopac's volleyball squad nip Clarkstown South by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Mahopac upgrades its record to 15-8 on the year. The Indians travel to Scarsdale (Scarsdale, NY) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 1. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 30-13. Scarsdale won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Port Chester (Port Chester, NY)

The Vikings now own a 0-7 record.
