The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Smith Center Redmen (Smith Center, KS) and the visiting Valley Heights Mustangs (Blue Rapids, KS), saw Smith Center's volleyball squad beat Valley Heights by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Smith Center upgrades its record to 39-4 on the year. The Redmen travel to Hillsboro (Hillsboro, KS) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 29. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 42-1. Hillsboro won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Meade (Meade, KS)
The Mustangs now own a 26-15 record.
