The Wachusett Regional Mountaineers (Holden, MA) football overcame the host Walpole Timberwolves (Walpole, MA), 21-6 in Saturday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Mountaineers face the Clinton Gaels (Clinton, MA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 4. Wachusett Regional will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Gaels enter the bout with a 1-1 record after their 56-44 non-league win over Maynard (Maynard, MA).
The Timberwolves (2-2) will now prepare for their bout against Weymouth (South Weymouth, MA). The Wildcats enter the non-league bout with a 6-1 record. In their last bout, Weymouth thwarted Franklin (Franklin, MA), 20-8, in a non-league bout.
