Colorado High School Volleyball - Montrose over Niwot

In Saturday's non-league contest, the Montrose Red Hawks (Montrose, CO) volleyball squad knocked off the host Niwot Cougars (Niwot, CO), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Red Hawks battle the Mullen Mustangs (Denver, CO) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 28. Montrose will attempt to better on its 14-9 season record. The Mustangs come into the contest with a 14-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO).

With the loss, Niwot drops to 15-8 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Mead (Longmont, CO) to battle the Mavericks in a non-league contest on Saturday, October 28. The Mavericks come into the contest with a record of 13-8. Mead lost 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Erie (Erie, CO)
