The San Mateo Bearcats walloped the visiting Summit Shasta Black Bears flag football team by a score of 46-13 in Monday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bearcats face the Terra Nova Tigers (Pacifica, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, October 30. San Mateo will attempt to improve on its 9-7 season record. The Tigers go into the challenge with a 2-9 record after their 40-7 league loss to Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA).
The Black Bears (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Coliseum College Prep Academy (Oakland, CA). The Lions go into the non-league challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Coliseum College Prep Academy was ripped by Leadership (Hayward, CA), 38-6, in a league challenge.
