The Northeast Eagles football squad scored 47 points and limited the host Southern Bulldogs to 12 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.

The Eagles now hold a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Edgewood for a non-league test on Monday, November 4. Northeast will meet a Rams squad coming off a 20-12 non-league loss to North Harford (Pylesville, MD). The Rams record now stands at 2-2.

With the defeat, Southern drops to 0-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Chesapeake (Pasadena, MD) to meet the Cougars in a non-league test on Monday, November 4. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 7-2. Chesapeake won 56-0 in their recent non-league test against Watkins Mill (Gaithersburg, MD)
