In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Father McGivney Catholic Griffins volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Freeburg Midgets.
The Griffins (20-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Columbia (Columbia, IL). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 33-1 record. In their last challenge, Columbia beat Roxana (Roxana, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Midgets now own a 22-14 record.
