In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Lake City Trojans volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Glen Lake Lakers.
The Trojans (24-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Montague (Montague, MI). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 14-27 record. In their last challenge, Montague gained a win over Whitehall (Whitehall, MI), 2-0, in a league test.
The Lakers now sport a 16-11 record. They play next when they host Grayling for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 28. Glen Lake will play a Vikings team coming off a 3-0 league win over East Jordan (East Jordan, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 5-18.
