The Teutopolis Wooden Shoes edged the host Pinckneyville Panthers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Wooden Shoes confront the Effingham Hearts (Effingham, IL) in a non-league game, on Thursday, October 30. Teutopolis will attempt to advance on its 25-9 season record. The Hearts come into the outing with a 21-14 record after their 2-1 league win over Mattoon (Mattoon, IL).
With the loss, Pinckneyville drops to 26-10 on the campaign.
