In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Bay Rockets volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Archbishop Hoban Knights.

The Rockets (22-3) will now prepare for their battle against Marlington (Alliance, OH). The Dukes come into the non-league battle with a 22-3 record. In their last battle, Marlington nudged Girard (Girard, OH), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
