In Wednesday's non-league match, the Prairie City Panthers (Prairie City, OR) volleyball squad prevailed the visiting Elgin Huskies (Elgin, OR), by a count of 3-1.
Next up, the Panthers confront the Umpqua Valley Christian Monarchs (Roseburg, OR) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 1. Prairie City will attempt to better on its 21-8 season record. The Monarchs come into the bout with a 20-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Echo (Echo, OR).
With the loss, Elgin drops to 13-12 on the campaign.
