Columbine Rebels (Littleton, CO) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Arvada West Wildcats (Arvada, CO), 5-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Rebels face the Lakewood Tigers (Lakewood, CO) in a 5A Jefferson County challenge, on Thursday, October 6. Columbine will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 3-1 league loss to Chatfield (Littleton, CO).

The Wildcats now have a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bear Creek for a 5A Jefferson County challenge on Thursday, October 6. Arvada West will face a Bears team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Ralston Valley (Arvada, CO). The Bears record now stands at 6-4.
