Next, the Angels confront the Hinkley Thunderbirds (Aurora, CO) in a 5A Denver challenge, on Wednesday, October 5. Denver East will attempt to move on its 7-1 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 6-2 non-league win over Denver West (Denver, CO).
The Eagles now possess a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Vista Ridge for a 5A CSML challenge on Wednesday, October 5. Pine Creek will confront a Wolves team coming off a 9-3 league loss to Liberty (Colorado Springs, CO). The Wolves record now stands at 7-2.
