North Carolina High School Volleyball - Pamlico County routed by Ayden - Grifton

October 3, 2022: Ayden, NC 28513

The Ayden - Grifton Chargers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Pamlico County Hurricanes to 0 in the Chargers non-league victory on Monday.

The Chargers now possess a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Pitt for a Eastern Plains 2A game on Tuesday, October 4. Ayden - Grifton will meet a Panthers team coming off a 3-2 league win over SouthWest Edgecombe (Pinetops, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 5-13.

The Hurricanes (11-5) will now prepare for their game against Lejeune (Camp Lejeune, NC). The Devil Pups enter the Coastal Plains 1A/2A game with a 3-7 record. In their last game, Lejeune defeated Jones (Trenton, NC), 3-1, in a league game.
