The Sabino Sabercats volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Catalina Trojans to 0 in the Sabercats league victory on Monday.

The Sabercats now possess a 17-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Miguel for a game on Wednesday, October 5. Sabino will meet a Vipers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Tanque Verde (Tucson, AZ). The Vipers record now stands at 2-7.

The Trojans (1-7) will now prepare for their game against Empire (Tucson, AZ). The Ravens enter the 3A - South game with a 4-17 record. In their last game, Empire was dropped by Pusch Ridge Christian Academy (Tucson, AZ), 3-1, in a league game.
