In Monday's non-league contest, the McDonald County Mustangs (Anderson, MO) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting College Heights Christian Cougars (Joplin, MO), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Mustangs face the Lamar Tigers (Lamar, MO) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, October 4. McDonald County will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Tigers go into the outing with a 12-9 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Seneca (Seneca, MO).
