The Dwight Trojans volleyball team (Dwight, IL), was dropped 2-0 in Monday's non-league challenge with the host Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley Falcons (Gibson City, IL)

The Falcons (4-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Lexington (Lexington, IL). The Minutemen enter the Heart of Illinois challenge with a 9-8 record. In their last challenge, Lexington defeated Tri-Point (Cullom, IL), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Trojans meet the Fieldcrest Knights (Minonk, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 4. Dwight will attempt to move on its 3-16 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 20-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Marquette (Ottawa, IL).
