New York High School Volleyball - Sachem East edged by Longwood

The Longwood Lions held off the visiting Sachem East volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Monday's league test.
The Lions now have a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sachem North for a Section 11 AA-1 test on Wednesday, October 12.
The (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Patchogue-Medford (Medford, NY). The Raiders enter the Section 11 AA-1 test with a 6-6 record. In their last test, Patchogue-Medford was nudged by Centereach (Centereach, NY), 3-0, in a non-league test.
