The Louisa County Lions volleyball team (Mineral, VA), went down 3-1 in Monday's non-league challenge with the visiting Patrick Henry Patriots (Ashland, VA)

The Patriots (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Henrico (Richmond, VA). The Warriors enter the Capital challenge with a 3-11 record. In their last challenge, Henrico went down by Maggie Walker (Richmond, VA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lions encounter the Goochland Bulldogs (Goochland, VA) in a Jefferson challenge, on Tuesday, October 4. Louisa County will attempt to move on its 4-7 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 5-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Orange County (Orange, VA).
