Rhode Island High School Volleyball - Rogers edged by Mt. Hope

The Mt. Hope Huskies held off the visiting Rogers Vikings volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Monday's league test.

The Huskies now have a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Raphael Academy for a Division 2 test on Wednesday, October 5. Mt. Hope will confront a Saints team coming off a 3-0 league win over Burrillville (Harrisville, RI). The Saints record now stands at 4-3.

The Vikings (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Lincoln (Lincoln, RI). The Lions enter the Division 2 test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Lincoln was nudged by Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI), 3-0, in a league test.
