In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Putnam City Pirates football squad scored a big 72-0 victory over the Capitol Hill Redwolves.
In their next game, the Pirates clash with the Enid Plainsmen (Enid, OK) in a non-league match, on Monday, October 9. Putnam City will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Plainsmen enter the match with a 2-4 record after their 79-7 league loss to Bixby (Bixby, OK).
