The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Norton Lancers (Norton, MA) and the visiting Norwood Mustangs (Norwood, MA), saw Norton's soccer squad triumph over Norwood by a count of 6-0.

The Lancers now hold a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Medfield for a Tri-Valley outing on Thursday, October 5. Norton will play a Warriors team coming off a 4-0 league win over Bellingham (Bellingham, MA). The Warriors record now stands at 7-1.

In their next game, the Mustangs play the Dedham Marauders (Dedham, MA) in a Tri-Valley outing, on Wednesday, October 4. Norwood will attempt to advance on its 1-7 season record. The Marauders go into the outing with a 6-1 record after their 2-0 league win over Ashland (Ashland, MA).
