Jefferson Jaguars (Bloomington, MN) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Eastview Lightning (Apple Valley, MN), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Jaguars confront the Chanhassen Storm (Chanhassen, MN) in a Class AA Section 2 challenge, on Thursday, October 5. Jefferson will attempt to better on its 2-13 season record. The Storm enter the challenge with a 1-9 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Waconia (Waconia, MN).

The Lightning now have a 5-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shakopee for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 6. Eastview will confront a Sabers team coming off a 0-0 league Prior Lake (Prior Lake, MN). The Sabers record now stands at 3-7.
