Colorado High School Softball - Brush loses to Lamar

October 3, 2023: Brush, CO 80723

The Lamar Thunder softball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Brush Beetdiggers to 4 in the Thunder non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Lamar moves its record to 16-6 on the year. The Thunder host Rocky Ford (Rocky Ford, CO) to clash with the Meloneers in a 3A Tri Peaks game on Thursday, October 5. The Meloneers come into the game with a record of 14-8. Rocky Ford won 13-1 in their recent league game against Woodland Park (Woodland Park, CO)

In their next game, the Beetdiggers clash with the Eaton Reds (Eaton, CO) in a 3A/4A Patriot game, on Thursday, October 5. Brush will attempt to move on its 11-11 season record. The Reds come into the game with a 21-1 record after their 8-0 league win over Resurrection Christian (Loveland, CO).
