In Tuesday's non-league contest, the St. Pius X Lancers (Festus, MO) softball team overwhelmed the host St. Clair Bulldogs (St. Clair, MO), by a margin of 11-3.
With the triumph, St. Pius X moves its record to 8-10 on the year. The Lancers travel to Bishop DuBourg (St. Louis, MO) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league contest on Wednesday, October 4. The Cavaliers come into the contest with a record of 3-5. Bishop DuBourg won 11-9 in their recent non-league contest against Hancock (St. Louis, MO)
In their next game, the Bulldogs play the Ursuline Academy Bears (St. Louis, MO) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 12. St. Clair will attempt to move on its 3-13 season record.
