The ACERO Garcia Patriots topped the visiting Phillips Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's league test.

The Patriots now have a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Islamic Foundation for a non-league test on Thursday, October 5. ACERO Garcia will confront a Chargers team coming off a 2-0 league win over Hinsdale Adventist Academy (Hinsdale, IL). The Chargers record now stands at 12-6.

The Wildcats (3-9) will now prepare for their test against Morgan Park (Chicago, IL). The Mustangs enter the non-league test with a 8-4 record. In their last test, Morgan Park gained a win over Perspectives Leadership/Technology (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a league test.
