In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Long Rebels (Skipperville, AL) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Goshen Eagles (Goshen, AL), by a margin of 25-19.
Next up, the Rebels battle the Northside Methodist Academy Knights (Dothan, AL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 3. Long will attempt to better on its 14-7 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 10-8 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Geneva (Geneva, AL).
With the loss, Goshen moves to 2-16 on the year. The Eagles travel to Zion Chapel (Jack, AL) to battle the Rebels in a 2A Area 5 contest on Wednesday, October 4. The Rebels go into the contest with a record of 5-10.
