Ohio High School Volleyball - Granville tips Utica

October 3, 2023: Granville, OH 43023

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Granville Blue Aces (Granville, OH) and the visiting Utica Redskins (Utica, OH), saw Granville's volleyball squad nip Utica by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Granville upgrades its record to 11-8 on the year. The Blue Aces host Watkins Memorial (Pataskala, OH) to play the Warriors in a Licking County bout on Thursday, October 5. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 3-15. Watkins Memorial won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Lakewood (Hebron, OH)

The Redskins now own a 9-10 record. They play next when they host Newark Catholic for a Licking County bout on Thursday, October 5. Utica will play a Green Wave squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Zanesville (Zanesville, OH). The Green Wave record now stands at 16-4.
