Maryland High School Volleyball - Hammond routed by Long Reach

The Long Reach Lightning volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Hammond Golden Bears to 0 in the Lightning league victory on Tuesday.

The Lightning now have a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oakland Mills for a Howard County game on Thursday, October 5. Long Reach will meet a Scorpions team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Atholton (Columbia, MD). The Scorpions record now stands at 2-4.

The Golden Bears (0-6) will now prepare for their game against Atholton (Columbia, MD). The Raiders enter the Howard County game with a 2-7 record.
