The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Tri County Area Vikings (Howard City, MI) and the visiting Lakeview Wildcats (Lakeview, MI), saw Tri County Area's volleyball squad nip Lakeview by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Tri County Area upgrades its record to 2-10 on the year. The Vikings travel to Kent City (Kent City, MI) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 7. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 15-7. Kent City won 3-1 in their recent league bout against White Cloud (White Cloud, MI)

The Wildcats now own a 1-11 record. They play next when they host Central Montcalm for a Central State bout on Tuesday, October 10.
