Kansas High School Volleyball - Triplains/Brewster can't hold off Northern Valley

In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Northern Valley Huskies volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Triplains/Brewster Titans.

The Huskies (19-9) will now prepare for their battle against Golden Plains (Rexford, KS). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 9-12 record. In their last battle, Golden Plains was edged by Greeley County (Tribune, KS), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Titans encounter the Cheylin Cougars (Bird City, KS) in a Western Kansas Liberty battle, on Friday, October 6. Triplains/Brewster will attempt to advance on its 2-21 season record. The Cougars come into the battle with a 8-15 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Ulysses (Ulysses, KS).
