Connecticut High School Volleyball - St. Joseph tips Ridgefield

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the St. Joseph Cadets (Trumbull, CT) and the host Ridgefield Tigers (Ridgefield, CT), saw St. Joseph's volleyball squad nip Ridgefield by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, St. Joseph upgrades its record to 4-3 on the year. The Cadets host Greenwich (Greenwich, CT) to play the Cardinals in a Fairfield County bout on Wednesday, October 4. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 8-0. Greenwich won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Wilton (Wilton, CT)

The Tigers now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Norwalk for a Fairfield County bout on Wednesday, October 4. Ridgefield will play a Bears squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Staples (Westport, CT). The Bears record now stands at 0-9.
