The Union County Braves volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Trigg County Wildcats to 0 in the Braves non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Braves now possess a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Caldwell County for a non-league game on Thursday, October 5. Union County will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Webster County (Dixon, KY). The Tigers record now stands at 11-13.
The Wildcats (1-13) will now prepare for their game against McLean County (Calhoun, KY). The Cougars enter the non-league game with a 7-18 record. In their last game, McLean County notched a victory over Hancock County (Lewisport, KY), 3-1, in a non-league outing.
