California High School Football - Crespi nudges La Salle

In Thursday's league match, the visiting Crespi Celts football squad scored a close 28-26 triumph over the La Salle Lancers.
The Celts (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Salesian (Los Angeles, CA). The Mustangs come into the Del Rey match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, Salesian tipped Harvard-Westlake (Studio City, CA), 34-0, in a league match.
Coming up next, the Lancers confront the St. Anthony Saints (Long Beach, CA) in a Del Rey match, on Thursday, October 10. La Salle will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Saints come into the match with a 2-4 record after their 43-24 league win over Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary (Montebello, CA).
