In Thursday's league game, the Owensboro Red Devils (Owensboro, KY) football team edged the host Marshall County Marshals (Benton, KY), by a tally of 21-14.
In their next game, the Red Devils battle the Muhlenberg County Mustangs (Greenville, KY) in a 5A District 1 game, on Friday, October 18. Owensboro will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record.
