The North Smithfield Northmen got by the host Toll Gate Titans football team by a score of 27-26 in Thursday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Northmen face the Smithfield Sentinels (Esmond, RI) in a Division IV challenge, on Thursday, October 10. North Smithfield will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Sentinels go into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 53-6 league win over Hope/St. Patrick Academy (Providence, RI).
