California High School Flag Football - Point Loma thwarted by Castle Park

Castle Park Trojans (Chula Vista, CA) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the host Point Loma Pointers (San Diego, CA), 18-6 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Castle Park improves its record to 7-5 on the season. The Trojans host Chula Vista (Chula Vista, CA) to play the Spartans in a non-league battle on Monday, October 7. The Spartans go into the battle with a record of 2-4. Chula Vista lost 27-0 in their recent non-league battle against Morse (San Diego, CA)

The Pointers now have a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Patrick Henry for a City - Western battle on Monday, October 7. Point Loma will play a Patriots team coming off a 16-12 league win over San Diego (San Diego, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 5-3.
