California High School Flag Football - Mt. Carmel holds off Ramona

The Mt. Carmel Sundevils (San Diego, CA) flag football tipped the visiting Ramona Bulldogs (Ramona, CA), 12-7 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Sundevils now sport a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they host Oceanside for a Palomar outing on Tuesday, October 8. Mt. Carmel will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 18-0 league loss to Rancho Bernardo (San Diego, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 1-8.

With the defeat, Ramona drops to 2-9 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Rancho Buena Vista (Vista, CA) to clash with the Longhorns in a Valley outing on Tuesday, October 8. The Longhorns come into the outing with a record of 8-3. Rancho Buena Vista won 33-24 in their recent league outing against Escondido (Escondido, CA)
