Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Abington Heights nudges Hill School

October 3, 2024: Pottstown, PA 19464

Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Abington Heights Comets (Clarks Summit, PA) and the host Hill School Rams (Pottstown, PA), saw Abington Heights's soccer squad hold off Hill School by a count of 2-1.

The Comets (10-1) will now prepare for their battle against Wallenpaupack Area (Hawley, PA). The Buckhorns enter the Lackawanna 1 battle with a 3-9 record. In their last battle, Wallenpaupack Area was edged by Delaware Valley (Milford, PA), 2-0, in a league bout.

With the loss, Hill School moves to 0-4 on the year. The Rams host Peddie (Hightstown, NJ) to encounter the Falcons in a Mid-Atlantic Prep bout on Saturday, October 5. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Peddie lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Pennington (Pennington, NJ)
