Tennessee High School Soccer - Morristown-Hamblen West nudges South-Doyle

In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Morristown-Hamblen West Trojans soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the South-Doyle Cherokees.
The Trojans (10-4) will now prepare for their outing against Sevier County (Sevierville, TN). The Smoky Bears go into the AAA District 2 outing with a 10-3 record. In their last outing, Sevier County got by Carter (Strawberry Plains, TN), 6-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Cherokees confront the Sequoyah Chiefs (Madisonville, TN) in a AA District 5 outing, on Monday, October 7. South-Doyle will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record.
