The Philip Simmons Iron Horses walloped the visiting Woodland Wolverines football team by a score of 48-6 in Thursday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Iron Horses face the Hampton County Hurricanes (Varnville, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 10. Philip Simmons will attempt to improve on its 6-0 season record. The Hurricanes go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 38-0 non-league win over Ridgeland (Ridgeland, SC).
The Wolverines (0-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Andrews (Andrews, SC). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record.
